The Commons Free Store

The Free Store is now open to the public for limited hours and by appointment.

When: Wednesdays and Saturdays only, 3:00 – 6:00pm.
Where: The basement of The Commons

Come and browse, take what you need or want. LOTS of items: household, children and adult clothes, coats & jackets, shoes, toys, games, and much more! It’s all free!

Currently the Free Store is overflowing with baby clothes. There are also treasures to be found for new moms & pet owners. Lots of kid’s books, toys, shoes, and household items. We have winter coats & accessories. Just in: several large rolls of fabric. This season we have some holiday decorations.

If you would like to donate gently-used, clean items you can bring them during our open hours or please make an appointment.  We are currently overstocked on clothes so we must suspend acceptance of clothing donations until further notice.  Other items (clean and gently used or new) can be donated.

Please DO NOT leave any donations outside the building.  If you can’t come during open hours, please email freestore@thecommonsviroqua.org to set up a meeting time.

We ask that you adhere to the public health guidelines in effect.

If you have questions are unable to visit The Free Store during the hours it’s open, email freestore@thecommonsviroqua.org to set up an appointment.
